At Artera Home, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Artera Home box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
